What data we process and why

The form on this site sends no data to any server of ours: it composes a message that you yourself send via WhatsApp or email. The data you share through those channels (name, country, contact, situation) is used only to answer your enquiry and, if you hire us, to manage your file. Personal documents (passport, certificates) are requested only once the service begins, through a channel we indicate, and only those required by the procedure.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to answer your request and perform the contracted service (Paraguayan data-protection rules and — if you live in the European Union — the GDPR). We keep data from an enquiry that does not go ahead for 12 months, and file data for the duration of the service and the legal retention periods.

Who they are shared with

Only with those the procedure requires: Migraciones, Identificaciones, notaries and sworn translators involved in your file. We never sell or transfer data for commercial purposes.

Cookies and third parties

This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own server. If the site is published within the Bitrix24 platform, that platform may set its own technical cookies; we will state it here.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the controller's email. We reply within 30 days at most.

Security

Your file's documents are stored encrypted with access restricted to the team working on your case. We never publish or display client documents.
